Create project plans; identify risks and define risk mitigation plans; gather requirements from business analysts and business SMEs/leads for new requirements & enhancements to support changing business needs; work with Technical Leads/Architects to create design documentation; track progress of the tasks assigned to the team members; support system testing and UAT; support deployment of enhancements and critical fixes to QA, training, and production environments; and provide recommendations on upgrading systems and software. Job Duties require use of the following software/tools: Oracle Siebel CRM, Siebel Open UI, Salesforce, Siebel tools, Client, Workflow, EIM, EAI, Assignment Manager, PL SQL, HP Quality Center, JQuery/eScripting, JavaScript, JIRA, Rally, MS Office, MS Project, Toad, SQL Navigator, SQL Plus, Unix, AIX, and Windows. Requires BS in computer science, information systems, or engineering plus five years� experience or MS in computer science, information systems, or engineering plus three years� experience.
